Sandra L. Foster, Ph.D., PCC

Dr. Sandra Foster consults in the areas of executive selection and onboarding, executive coaching, and leadership development. Sandra brings her business savvy, global perspective, and cross-cultural experience to her consulting and coaching. At the same time, her midwestern roots and values and deep regard for her clients’ point of view provide a strong foundation for her work.

Sandra was a member of Korn/Ferry International’s Leadership & Talent Consulting practice (based in London), and worked throughout Europe, the Middle East, and the Russian Federation. She is a certified sports psychologist, and helps leaders use the tools that enable athletes, artists, and musicians to effectively manage themselves and optimize their performance. She is first author of the book, Positive Psychology in Coaching: Applying Science to Executive and Personal Coaching.

Sandra earned her doctorate from Stanford University, where she served on the regular and adjunct faculty for seven years. She has been a senior faculty member for the College of Executive Coaching in Pismo Beach, California, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. Sandra mentors young professionals and devotes time to charitable efforts focused on alleviating hunger. She was an active psychologist member of a critical incident debriefing team in California, working closely with firefighters and EMTs.

W. Douglas Frost, Ph.D.

Dr. Doug Frost specializes in senior executive coaching and organizational consulting. Doug has worked in leadership development with corporations, medical and legal practices, and state and federal government agencies for over two decades. He brings a wealth of experience, excellent listening skills, a trained eye, and the ability to ask powerful questions that aid individuals and teams in identifying and breaking barriers to their effectiveness.

Doug's methods are process-oriented, yet nonlinear, and draw upon insights from the new science of complexity. He is an action-oriented facilitator committed to high-quality leadership, powerful communication, and teamwork. His experience as vice president of a metropolitan medical center and as the chief operating officer of a national health promotion organization has enhanced his understanding of organizational issues, including working with boards of directors from an executive's perspective.

Doug received his Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He was an adjunct staff member at the Center for Creative Leadership for fifteen years. He also provides training and coaching for federal government leaders through the Office of Personnel Management. He has taught MBA courses on human behavior in the workplace at Regis College and the University of Phoenix in Denver. Now based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, he enjoys time in the mountains and can often be found biking, hiking, skiing, or climbing on rock and ice.

Carolyn Humphrey, Ph.D.

Dr. Carolyn Humphrey is the founder of The Consulting Psychology Group, an organization dedicated to providing leadership development on an individual, group, and organizational level. She assists a broad range of clients in the higher education, healthcare, and financial arenas. She specializes in leadership, executive coaching, the design and implementation of psychological assessments, and the creation, facilitation, and evaluation of leadership development programs.

Carolyn received her B.A. at Emory University, an M.A. at the University of Minnesota, and her Ph.D. in counseling psychology with a specialization in organizational development from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She stays actively involved in professional associations such as the American Psychological Association (APA) and the International Leadership Association. Additionally, she is an Executive Board member of APA’s Society of Consulting Psychology. Carolyn is an outdoor and sports enthusiast and lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband and three children.

Lori A. Jensen, Ph.D., L.P.

Dr. Lori Jensen consults in the areas of leadership skills, executive coaching, team building, assessment, career development, and organizational change. She works with educators, corporate executives, and community volunteer organizations to improve their efficiency and impact. Her research interests include stress management, job satisfaction, and decision-making analysis.
Lori is the president of Complete Psychological Care, Ltd. and has developed considerable expertise in the areas of business planning, marketing, and people management. She is highly skilled in coaching to an individual’s strengths to maximize their unrealized potential. Additionally, she has seventeen years of counseling experience as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
Lori received her Ph.D. from Southern Illinois University in counseling psychology with a minor in I/O psychology. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the American Counseling Association, Chicago Industrial Organizational Psychologists, and the National Register of Health Providers in Psychology. She is the leader of an adventurous troop of Girl Scouts and participates in many volunteer activities in her local school district. She enjoys theater, traveling, hiking, and crocheting, and time with her husband and two children.

Marcia R. Sytsma, Psy.D.

Dr. Marcia Sytsma consults in the areas of selection profiling, research, and testing processes. Her professional emphasis is on improving productivity and organizational effectiveness through finding candidates with the best set of attributes. Marcia is a gifted statistician, with the ability to translate raw data into a clear and compelling picture of an organization and its people. Her analyses give business leaders the information they need to make the best decisions.
Marcia has more than twenty years of experience conducting research in multiple settings and has focused on consulting applications since 1988. She has worked with large consulting firms, small companies, and state-funded non-profit organizations to develop innovative approaches to evaluate their effectiveness.
Marcia has a Psy.D. degree from Minnesota State University-Mankato and an M.A. degree in I/O psychology from the University of Minnesota. She is a member of Minnesota Professionals for Psychology Applied to Work. She currently lives in Everett, WA.

Rose Taylor, M.Sc.

Rose Taylor is an accomplished consulting professional with over twenty years of experience in the areas of C-Suite executive coaching, leadership development, team building, organizational change, and employee and customer engagement. She helps leaders articulate their message, focus on their strengths, and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Rose has worked with organizations in a variety of sectors, including financial services, technology, professional services, commercial development, property management, manufacturing, travel, and non-profit. These corporations have ranged from start-up private companies to Fortune 100 firms. She has also worked with boards of directors to develop and enhance communications and to strengthen alignment with their management teams. She is the founder of Ntuitive Consulting in Toronto and has held senior positions within entrepreneurial organizations in executive leadership and business development roles. She co-founded three companies including an executive search firm, a software and services organization, and a customer experience management firm.

She has a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of Toronto. She can work in English and French, and has extensive experience using and integrating various organizational effectiveness instruments such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Step I & Step II), FIRO-B, DiSC, JPI, and others.

Rebecca Turner, Ph.D.

Dr. Rebecca Turner has over twenty-five years of diverse professional experience including organizational consulting, coaching executives, social science research, and teaching. As an applied researcher, Rebecca is strong in developing approaches to assessment and integration of data to address leaders' most pressing challenges in organizations. She challenges leaders to move from their comfort zone to the next level of excellence.

Rebecca is the founder of Turner Consulting Group, LLC in San Francisco, where she provides leadership development for high potential executives and for leaders with new demands on their performance. Her process includes a phase of assessment, development plans, implementation, and evaluation of results. Her clients include individuals and teams in technology, medicine, healthcare, financial services, architecture and design, law, manufacturing, and academia. Rebecca was a principal investigator and collaborator for scientific studies in health and behavior at University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. Rebecca also spent two decades as a professor at the California School of Professional Psychology (Organizational Psychology Program).

Rebecca holds a Ph.D. in psychology from George Washington University. Her training in coaching is broad-based, including work at the Center for Creative Leadership. Currently, she is a member of the Executive Board of the Society of Consulting Psychology and a member of the Society of I/O Psychology.

Carol Lynn Courtney, Ph.D.

Dr. Courtney consults in the areas of Executive Coaching, Individual Assessment, Organization Development, Team Facilitation, Selection and Development Systems. She has been an invited speaker and lecturer in the areas of competency modeling, organization change, and management and team development.

Dr. Courtney spent close to 20 years working in various management and executive roles in companies such as Quaker Oats, Motorola, Pillsbury, and Malt-O-Meal. She is a member of the Association for Psychological Type (APT) and also MPPAW (Minnesota Professionals for Psychology Applied to Work) where she was formerly the Vice President of Programs. 

Carol Lynn engages in a variety of volunteer work with non-profits and ensures that an ongoing percentage of her practice goes to pro bono work.

Richard D. Olson, Ph.D., L.P.

Dick Olson consults in the areas of executive and management appraisal, selection testing, executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational change. He has worked with a range of professionals from first line supervisors to CEO's in America' s largest companies, including manufacturing organizations as well as leading professional service firms.

Prior to starting Olson Consulting Group, he was vice president of a large consulting firm and an executive in a Fortune 200 firm. He is a former President of Minnesota Professionals for Psychology Applied to Work (MPPAW).

Dr. Olson enjoys running, swimming, and minor house maintenance. He usually takes time off in the summer to go mountain climbing, and spends his time at home maintaining his collection of antique automobiles.
